Join us for our first ever Charcuterie Class!

Where: Clay Co. YMCA
$60 per person
*A portion of proceeds will go to the Clay County Youth Food Program
-10 inch palm leaf tray
-Variety of meats, cheeses and accompaniments to make your own board
-Step by step demonstrations of meat folding, cheese slicing and display
-Pairing suggestions
-A small charcuterie box + beverage to enjoy during class
